Due to the increased costs of hosting RC Fest, we will be now charging an entry fee to combat those costs. Any profits from registration fees will cover costs associated with the planning and execution of RC Fest events. 

Please note that tickets for this event can only be purchased online; cash will not be accepted at the venue for ticket sales. We apologize for any inconvenience and recommend securing your tickets in advance through our online platform. Thank you for your understanding.

All drivers will need to check in at the registration table. 

No Refund: All sales are non-refundable. The event will be run rain-or-shine and there is no rain date. If a guest cannot make the event, the tickets are non-transferable and the event organizer will not offer a refund or replacement.
